Join us for an exciting 4WD adventure on Goog's Track into South Australia’s largest and most intact protected area landscape, including the world’s largest area of mallee woodland.

The land is harsh and unforgiving; the rugged, semi-arid, fragile, and remote landscape of dunes, red sandhills, salt lakes, rock holes, granite outcrops is a dangerous place for the unprepared.

Our three-day, two-night 4WD tagalong tour includes one night at Goog's Lake and one night at Mount Finke. We explore the wilderness, and stop to observe nature, tracks and traces of animals. We expect to see some uncommon and iconic Australian wildlife, birds and plants. 

Our tagalong package includes guidance, NPWS permits, lunches and campfire dinners (hearty camp oven meals served with veges on the coals and damper). BYO camping gear, personal items, breakfasts, treats, snacks, and favourite beverages. 

This tagalong tour suits people who have had some 4WD experience on sand. Vehicles need to be high clearance, with high and low range 4WD capability. A UHF radio is essential, and a sand flag too. Distance approx. 360km from Ceduna to Mount Finke and back to Ceduna (one full tank of fuel for most vehicles).

Pricing is based on the assumption that there are two adults per vehicle. Charges apply for additional adults. 

A minimum of 3 vehicles is required to run the tour.
