Led by an experienced local guide, this expedition offers an opportunity to look more closely at the region's geology, natural history and distinctive landscapes. With just a handful of guests, there's more room for conversation, questions and the occasional unexpected discovery.
At the end of each day, settle into camp for a night under the southern skies. Swags, all meals and drinking water are provided, leaving you free to concentrate on the experience.

Day 1 — Into the Far West
Depart Ceduna and head into the remarkable landscapes of South Australia's Far West. Explore selected coastal parks, natural features and lesser-known locations as the journey unfolds. Discover the character of this remote country and settle into camp for your first night beneath the southern skies.
Day 2 — Exploring the Nullarbor
Venture further into the Nullarbor landscape, with opportunities to explore the country around Koonalda Station and Koonalda Cave, the Bunda Cliffs and other locations selected for their natural history, geological interest and sense of remoteness. Return to camp for a second night in the field.
Day 3 — Caves, landscapes and the return to Ceduna
Continue exploring selected locations, potentially including Murrawijinine Caves and other lesser-known features of the region, before returning to Ceduna.
The sequence of visits and exact route will depend on access permissions, weather, road conditions and other operational considerations. Specific locations cannot be guaranteed on every departure.

Small-group departuresEach departure requires a minimum of three participants and accommodates no more than five guests.
Individuals can book a place on a scheduled departure, making this an opportunity to explore the region without organising a private group.
Departures are subject to minimum participation. If a departure does not reach the required minimum, guests will be advised of the available options in accordance with the booking conditions.
